All orders are expected to be processed within 3 business days.

Shipments or deliveries may not occur on weekends or holidays. If we, or our associated company suppliers are experiencing delays or a high volume of orders, we will inform you by email address you provided when placing your order. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We can ship orders worldwide, except to countries currently on the United States sanctions list. Please confirm when you place your order that your country is eligible for delivery. These restrictions are totally out of our control.
